Katwerk for Medical Devices is an electronic product catalog that enables the creation of customized catalogs for the distribution of medical devices. After selecting product categories or individual products, a catalog is generated in PDF format, which can be immediately forwarded to customers, wholesalers, sales representatives, or the print shop.

Electronic Product Catalog

The foundation is a central internet-based product database, where all products are managed, including associated information such as descriptions, prices, materials, images, and datasheets. Based on this data, the software generates an attractive catalog in your company's corporate design.

Within the catalog, individual products (bulk number) or product sets (sterile number) can be displayed in various layout formats (lists, single-column, two-column, with or without prices, etc.). The product descriptions and the user interface are multilingual and can be switched freely.

The product assortment can be tailored to specific distribution channels, e.g., by country or region. For example, if the distribution channel “Germany” is selected, only the products and product categories listed for Germany will be displayed for catalog creation.

Using the web-based administration interface Katwerk Admin, distribution channels, prices, and languages can be configured for each user of the electronic product catalog. Different permission levels allow the mapping of various responsibilities.
